Darin CAMADOO 

Registered Manager

Darin is the Registered Manager at Chelmscare Limited and is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). He is responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring that all care delivered is safe, effective, and person-centred, in line with regulatory standards and best practice.

Darin began his career in care in 2016 as a Care Assistant within a residential care home setting. Through dedication and professional development, he progressed to Senior Care Assistant and later Team Leader, gaining valuable frontline experience in delivering and overseeing high-quality care.

In 2021, Darin transitioned into domiciliary care, joining Chelmscare Limited as an Area Community Manager (formerly known as a Field Care Supervisor). He subsequently progressed to Deputy Manager and was appointed Registered Manager in 2023. This progression reflects his strong leadership capabilities and in-depth understanding of both residential and community-based care services.

Darin has extensive experience in managing care packages, supporting staff development, and maintaining high standards of care delivery. He works closely with service users, families, and commissioners to ensure that care is responsive, personalised, and promotes independence and wellbeing.

Darin believes in leading by example and is committed to creating a culture where high-quality care, respect, and accountability are embedded in everyday practice. He is passionate about ensuring that every service user receives care that is not only safe and effective, but also compassionate and tailored to their individual needs.

Amanda O’CALLAGHAN  Deputy Manager

Amanda is the Deputy Manager at Chelmscare Limited and supports the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. She plays a key role in ensuring that care delivery remains safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of each service user, in line with regulatory standards and organisational expectations.

Amanda began her career in care in 1997 and has remained dedicated to the sector ever since. She has extensive experience within residential care home settings, where she developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals with a wide range of needs.

In 2023, Amanda joined Chelmscare Limited as an Area Community Manager, marking her transition into domiciliary care. Through her strong performance and commitment to high standards, she progressed into the role of Deputy Manager. This progression reflects her depth of experience and growing leadership capability within community-based care.

She is actively involved in supporting staff, monitoring care quality, and overseeing the implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments. Amanda works closely with the wider team to ensure that all care provided reflects best practice and promotes positive outcomes for service users.

Amanda contributes to the smooth operation of the service by supporting staff development, maintaining clear communication across teams, and assisting in addressing operational challenges. She is committed to maintaining high standards of care and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Amanda is dedicated to ensuring that service users receive consistent, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. She brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Natasha BENNETT 

Area Community Manager

Natasha is an Area Community Manager at Chelmscare Limited and is responsible for overseeing care delivery within her designated area. She ensures that all care provided is safe, effective, and person-centred, in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Natasha began her career in care in 2021 as a Personal Care Assistant at Chelmscare Limited, marking her first role within the sector. Prior to this, she worked in a customer-facing role, where she developed strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. These skills have proven highly transferable within her role in care, enabling her to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, and to respond effectively to individual needs.

Through her commitment, dedication, and strong performance, Natasha progressed within the organisation and was appointed Area Community Manager in 2024. This progression reflects her development, capability, and growing leadership within the service.

She plays a key role in the development, implementation, and review of care plans and risk assessments, ensuring that they accurately reflect each service user’s individual needs and preferences. Natasha works closely with care staff to provide guidance, supervision, and support, promoting high standards of practice across the team.

Natasha is actively involved in monitoring care quality, conducting observations, and responding to any changes in service user needs. She works collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider team to ensure that care remains responsive and well-coordinated.

She is committed to maintaining high-quality care delivery and supporting staff to develop their skills and confidence in practice. Natasha is dedicated to ensuring that service users receive consistent, compassionate, and dignified care that promotes independence and wellbeing. She takes pride in her progression within the organisation and in supporting both staff and service users to achieve positive outcomes.

Elizaveta PUSCULITA 

Care Coordinator

Elizaveta is a Care Coordinator at Chelmscare Limited and is responsible for the effective coordination and scheduling of care visits, ensuring that service users receive consistent, reliable, and well-planned support.

Elizaveta joined Chelmscare Limited in 2023 as a Personal Care Assistant, gaining valuable frontline experience in delivering person-centred care. Through her dedication, organisational skills, and strong performance, she progressed to the role of Care Coordinator in 2025. This progression reflects her strong understanding of care delivery and her ability to support the operational running of the service.

Having progressed from a hands-on care role, Elizaveta maintains a practical and proactive approach to her work. She understands the realities of care delivery and applies this knowledge when coordinating care, ensuring that schedules are realistic, responsive, and centred around the needs of service users and staff.

She plays a key role in maintaining clear communication between care staff, service users, families, and the wider management team. Elizaveta ensures that care calls are allocated appropriately, taking into account service user needs, staff availability, and continuity of care.

With a strong understanding of care planning systems and operational processes, Elizaveta supports the smooth day-to-day running of the service. She works closely with the management team to ensure that care delivery aligns with individual care plans and organisational standards.

Elizaveta is proactive in responding to changes, addressing scheduling challenges, and supporting the team to maintain a high standard of service delivery. Her organised and hands-on approach contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of the service.

Larisa PATENTARIU 

HR Manager

Larisa is the HR Manager at Chelmscare Limited and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes are carried out effectively and in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

 Larisa joined Chelmscare Limited in 2021 as an Area Community Manager (formerly known as a Field Care Supervisor). Within this role, she was actively involved in overseeing care delivery and supporting staff, including hands-on experience in delivering care. Alongside her operational responsibilities, she developed her knowledge and skills in human resources, demonstrating a strong interest in workforce management and compliance. Through her commitment and capability, she progressed into the role of HR Manager in 2022.

Her previous experience in care provides her with a strong understanding of what is required to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. This enables her to identify the key skills, values, and competencies needed when recruiting and supporting staff, ensuring that the workforce is well-equipped to meet the needs of service users.

Larisa plays a key role in supporting the recruitment of suitable and skilled care staff, ensuring that all pre-employment checks and compliance processes are completed to a high standard. She works closely with the management team to ensure that staffing levels are maintained and that the service is supported by a reliable and competent workforce.

Larisa is actively involved in staff onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing workforce support, helping to ensure that all staff are well-prepared and confident in their roles. She also contributes to maintaining accurate staff records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Her organised and proactive approach supports the smooth running of the service, enabling care teams to deliver high-quality care to service users. Larisa is committed to promoting a positive working environment and supporting staff wellbeing, recognising the importance of a motivated workforce in delivering safe and effective care.
